Summary

The Refer a Friend promotion (hereinafter the ‘Promotion’) is open to all existing clients of Primus Markets INTL Limited and Primus Africa (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter the ‘Company’), who refer a friend to open a live trading account with the Company, with a minimum deposit of US $100.

Terms and Conditions:

The Promotion is available for all new and existing clients.
The Promotion is available for all base currency trading accounts.
This Promotion is not available to residents of Pakistan, India, Vietnam, Indonesia and China.
Clients that are already referred by an IB are not eligible for this promotion. Only new clients can be referred.
For eligibility, the referring client must have a verified account and have made a deposit of a minimum of US $100 (or currency equivalent) in his account.
Referrals are not limited; a referrer may bring multiple clients and be rewarded multiple times, as applicable.

This is a tradable cash bonus and is fully withdrawable.
Internal fund transfers from one MT4 account to another do not qualify as deposits in terms of eligibility for this Promotion.
The English version of this document shall supersede, in the incidence of any discrepancy in the terms of this Promotion, once translated into other languages.
This Promotion is limited to one account per user/per household/per IP address/per phone number.
The Promotion is not applicable to managed accounts (account that are traded under a MAM and PAMM)
A client cannot be referred by more than one person.
In the case that the referred client withdraws any funds out of their trading account or transfers funds from one MT4 account to another, the account will be immediately disqualified from the Promotion regardless of open or pending positions.
The Company’s employees, Introducing Broker, Affiliate, and White Label accounts cannot participate in this Promotion.
This Promotion is independent and does not affect any promotions previously offered by the Company. Clients should contact their relationship managers if they have any questions (or wish to make requests) in relation to this Promotion or previous promotions. Alternatively, clients may also email if they have any questions or concerns regarding this Promotion's terms and conditions.
If the Company suspects or has reason to believe that a client has abused or attempted to abuse the terms of this Promotion or any other promotion of the Company, or has acted in bad faith, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold, withdraw or terminate from that client the Promotion and, if necessary: (i) to withhold, cancel and subtract from that client’s account(s), (ii) to terminate that client's access to services provided by the Company and/or terminate the contract between the Company and the client for the provision of services (iii) to block that client’s account(s) (save where required otherwise by a relevant authority) and to arrange for the transfer of any unused balance, less the Promotion amount as well as any profits which the Company deems to have been gained via Abusive Behaviour, to the client. Where abusive behaviour includes but is not limited to:
- a. Where a client, by himself or acting with others (including an Introducing Broker/Affiliate/Money Manager) established a trading position or positions which have the purpose or effect of extracting the reward provided and/ or profits generated by the Promotion, without exposure to economic risk, including without limitation loss of the Promotion or the client’s capital (or the capital of others).
- b. Where the client, by himself or acting with others (including an Introducing Broker/Affiliate/Money Manager) hedges his positions, including without limitation, holding open position(s) on one side direction, including by way of illustration only, single or correlated currencies, at given periods, internally (using other trading accounts held with the Company) or externally (using other trading accounts held with other brokers).
In the event an account has open positions, or a floating profit/loss and the Promotion amount is removed for any reason, the Company will not be liable for any adverse effects.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to alter, amend or terminate the Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice.
Where applicable, the general Terms and Conditions continue to apply to traders who opt-in to this promotion.
The trader acknowledges that he understands the risks involved and confirms that he/she has read the Company’s general Risk Disclosure.
